How It Works

You do not order anything

Omakase means the chef decides. You sit, you are served eighteen courses in sequence, and the only thing you choose is what you drink and whether you want a second helping of anything.

Tell us about allergies when you book — with twelve seats and one chef, a surprise on the night means somebody eats less well than they should.

  • Eighteen courses, ninety minutes, no menu to read
  • Fish bought that morning, so the sequence changes daily
  • Allergies handled at booking, not at the counter
  • No photography of other guests — the counter is small
