Tell us at booking and we plan around them. Shellfish, sesame and egg are all workable. A complete aversion to raw fish is not — there is no cooked alternative menu at a sushi counter.

Very. Twelve seats and two seatings means the 18:30 finishes by 20:15. If you arrive fifteen minutes late you will miss courses, and we cannot make them again.
Yes — twelve seats at AED 6,400 for the whole seating, any night we are open. The chef will talk through the menu with you beforehand, which is the one time that happens.
